Analytics & Reporting on Merchant Dashboard Overview

On AI Router Analytics and Report dashboard, you can benefit from various payments reports and data analytics views which will help you in making more informed decisions.

With this dashboard, you will get access to in-depth insights and easy-to-use reports about payment sources, payment flows, success rates, etc that will help you make technical improvements and define a better strategy for your business.
To view the Analytics Dashboard: 

1. Login to your Paytm merchant panel
2. Switch to the AI Router merchant profile through the profile section
3. You can see the dashboard section in the left panel, with the following sub-sections: 
   • Analytics 
   • Payments 
   • Refunds
   • Reports and Invoices
      

   

In this section, you can get an overview of the following key data points:

• Successful Payments: Total number of successful payments for a particular time duration. 
• Total Collections: Total collections (amount) for a particular time duration. 
• Success Rate: Overall success rate for a particular time duration. 

In the detailed analysis section, you can perform an in-depth analysis of the Successful Payments, Total Collections, and the Payment Source used by the customer.
