Onboarding on Payment Gateways

Once you have your AI Router production credentials, you need to onboard and configure PAs / PGs behind your Router account. 

Please follow the below steps to onboard various aggregators on the AI Router:

1. Paytm PG By default, Paytm Payment Aggregator gets configured once you are onboarded on the AI Router. There’s no additional configuration required to enable Paytm PG.

 

Please ensure that the following webhook endpoints are configured on the merchant's Paytm PG MID:

2. Bill Desk

1. Write to your Billdesk Relationship Manager and mention that you are using Paytm as the technology company to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have confirmation from Billdesk, configure the account details in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your Billdesk account.(For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your Billdesk dashboard as well.

3.  PayU

1. Write to your PayU Relationship Manager asking to enable your account to seamless mode (S2S mode). Mention that you are using Paytm as the technology company to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have confirmation from PayU, configure the account details in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your PayU account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended. If you directly land on the 3D secure page, then the gateway has been configured successfully.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your PayU dashboard as well.

4. Cashfree

1. Write to your Cashfree Relationship Manager and mention that you are using Paytm as the technology company to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have confirmation from Cashfree, configure the account details in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your Cashfree account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your Cashfree dashboard as well.

5. RazorPay

1. Write to your Razorpay Relationship Manager and mention that you are using Paytm as the technology company to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have confirmation from Razorpay, configure the account details in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your Razorpay account.(For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your Razorpay dashboard as well.

6. CCAvenue

1. Write to your CCAvenue Relationship Manager asking to enable your account to seamless mode. Mention that you are using Paytm as the technology partner to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have confirmation from CCAvenue, configure the account details in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your CCAvenue account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended. If you directly land on the 3D secure page, then the gateway has been configured successfully.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your CCAvenue dashboard as well.

7. TechProcess

1. Write to your Techprocess Relationship Manager and mention that you are using Paytm as the technology company to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have confirmation from Techprocess, configure the account details in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your Techprocess account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your Techprocess dashboard as well.

MPGS GATEWAYS
8. Axis MPGS

1. Write to your Axis Bank Relationship Manager asking to enable your account to ‘VPC Enabled’. Mention that you are using Paytm as the technology partner to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have the confirmation from Axis Bank, configure the Axis PG account details received from Axis bank in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your MPGS account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended. If you directly land on the 3D secure page, then the gateway has been configured successfully.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your MPGS dashboard as well.

9. HDFC MPGS

1. Write to your HDFC Bank Relationship Manager and mention that you are using Paytm as the technology company to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Once you have confirmation from HDFC Bank, configure the account details in the “Credentials” section.

4. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your Techprocess account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your MPGS dashboard as well.

CYBERSOURCE GATEWAYS   
10. Axis Cybersource

1. Write to your Axis Bank Relationship Manager and mention that you are using Paytm as the technology partner to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Procure the p12 certificate file from Cybersource dashboard and share it with the onboarding team.

4. Configure the Cybersource account details received from Axis bank in the “Credentials” section.

5. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your Cybersource account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)

1. Perform a transaction with a real credit/debit card to ensure that everything is working as intended. If you directly land on the 3D secure page, then the gateway has been configured successfully.

2. You should be able to see the above transaction in your Cybersource dashboard as well.

11. HDFC Cybersource

1. Write to your HDFC bank Relationship Manager and mention that you are using Paytm as the technology partner to handle sensitive card data.

2. Copy us in the email and we will share the required documentation from our side. For more details, Contact Us.

3. Procure the p12 certificate file from Cybersource dashboard and share it with the onboarding team.

4. Configure the Cybersource account details received from HDFC bank in the “Credentials” section.

5. Select the payment sources that you would like to enable for this gateway in the “Payment Options” section. Ensure that your chosen payment sources are also enabled on your Cybersource account. (For details, please visit Gateway Configuration section of this document.)
