Add & Move Funds

• Login to Paytm Payouts Dashboard

• Click on 'Add Fund'

• In the right menu, click on 'Generate Proforma Invoice'

• Fill the details for amount and purpose in the respective fields

• Click on 'Generate Proforma Invoice'

• In the sub menu, check the available balance and other account details like Account number and IFSC code

• Transfer money to this account number by NEFT/IMPS/RTGS

• Payouts account is now ready to make fund transfers to customer wallets or bank accounts

Note

• Fund transfers using NEFT can take upto 2-3 hours to credit. As per revised RBI guidelines transfers can be done 24x7 i.e., any time of the day and any day of the week

• IMPS is a service provided by banks to ensure real-time interbank funds transfer and can take upto 1 hour to credit

• RTGS is not a 24x7 system. The RTGS service window for customer transactions is available to banks from 7 am to 6 pm on a working day, for settlement at the RBI end

• Select a 'disbursal account' to add money

• Use the 'Add Fund' button to start transferring funds from the main payouts account to the disbursal account

• Enter amount and purpose and click on 'Add fund'

• Use the ‘Claim Back’ option to move funds back to the Payouts account from the selected disbursal account

• 'Transfer funds' option is used to initiate payouts to wallets or bank accounts.

NOTE: Funds can be easily moved from payouts account to disbursal accounts and vice versa. However, transfer of funds between one disbursal account to another disbursal account is not supported currently. You can always move funds from a disbursal account to the payouts account using the 'Claim Back' option and add it to any other disbursal account using the 'Add Fund' option.
